ISA’s Expansion 2017 - 2020
It appears that two new ranges were added to ISA’s facility between 2017 and 2020. These new additions were never reported to the City of Redmond through an addendum to their license as required by City Ordinance 5.8.0
#1: A new North Range located directly behind the last house in the new Prelude housing development. In 2020, this same residence reported a bullet hitting their house and finding it on his patio. See Redmond PoliceReport #20-011174 for additional detail.
#2: ISA built a new range to accommodate steel targets(banned in previous ordinance2120). It appears that ISA never requested permits for the clearing of trees, grading of the surface and construction of new structures for steel targets.

It appears that sometime between May 2019 andAugust 2020, a new range was created to facilitate metal targets shooting (#2).
This expansion is not recorded as an addendum to ISA’s license as required by Ordinance 5.8.0.
